A vegan soldier could use a care package or two

I just read about this in food coop newsletter, here's the link (unfortunately it's PDF so you may want to go get a sandwich while it loads. PM me for details if you can't load the PDF.) Basicly the jist is that he's in Afghanistan until February and the Army is not providing him enough vegan food to get by on so care packages are keeping him going. Contact details for the lady coordinating the effort to keep him fed are at the link.

I probably won't be able to get a box out for a week or a week and a half but maybe somebody here can help. :) Unfortunately the food all has to be factory sealed for security reasons, which sucks because I could send a shitload of cookies and zucchini bread, as I love to bake. Oh well.
