Herbivore Magazine: Highly recommended

This mag is fairly new, but I'm a subscriber and I love it. They focus on "vegetarian culture," but have plenty of great regular columns on nutrition, recipes, profiles of AR activists, tons of great products advertised, and they're extremely funny - the wit contained in their pages is unparalleled in vegetarian/vegan/AR periodicals, in my opinion.
