Need dinner ideas please...I know I am serving a tomato-basil bruschetta,

1. A big, thick

veal chop. Plain salad of mixed greens with a garlic vinaigrette.

I'm stuffed from dinner, so my mind is blank beyond that.

3. One of my fave summertime meals is bruschetta & a simple frittata.

I usually make mine with potatoes, onion, fresh herbs and a little cheese. This was our dinner on Saturday night, in fact!

7. my local coffee house has great bruschetta....

...made with grilled sliced levain bread spread with goat cheese and then a very fresh topping of diced sweet tomatoes (they use romas), diced sweet onion, and chopped basil. They serve with good olive oil to drizzle over and a dish of kalamata olives. Mmmmmmmm. And their tuna salad is yummy, with capers, diced green apple, and all kinds of good stuff.
