as many of you know we are moving to New Mexico as soon as we sell our house (My new nick ?NMDistTBA??)


I'm finally finished (almost) getting it ready and have posted pics in DIY if anyone wants to take a peek.

12. hey, he knew what was involved and signed on willingly

but the poor guy has busted his butt for three weeks (as have I)

we are both just giddy from relief and exhaustion, but it should speed the sale with little if any negotiations which makes it worth the work for both of us

but I'm seriously considering a second career when we move. House Staging is the newest thing and I can do it!

closed the store, scouted out a new town and got our house ship shape to sell

We didn't re-do the kitchen. I painted it and my husband refinished the cabinets. One of the best things we have going is our view. Unfortunately, it is the "May gray" out here with fog and clouds. Next month will be the "June gloom" - same problem. So no one will get to appreciate the way it looks most of the year. Oh well.

Your Senator is Pete Domenici, more Catholic than the Pope and who should have retired in shame years ago because he's largely a place holder now, watching his Congressional pension accrue and his portfolio fatten while bullying all junior Senators just because he can.

I told you that you should have set your sights on the northern part of the state. The south is just plain depressing.
