Wild-caught salmon is nice, as is duck and prime rib.

If you're feeling adventurous, you could pick up a sushi kit. Most Asian markets have them.

How about trying your hand at madelines for dessert? Madelines dipped in chocolate with berries and whipped cream are delightful, but madeline pans are expensive.

5. Truffles To Go Into Some Risotto. Saw It On A Cooking Program

Wild Mushroom and Truffle Risotto... sounds heavenly.

but I did find a market that has fresh shrimp being delivered tomorrow

and some exotic cheese I think and a decadent dessert
