1. ahh bear it's pretty late to start the turkey isn't it? what time are you
eating?

i cooked the turkey last night, we are having antipasto platters with 5 kinds of cheese and turkey samiches all day with deviled eggs and dips and chips and nuts and potato salad and way too many kinds of cookies and brownies and lemon meringue pie

no cooking, very little cleaning and leftovers are the best LOL

3. I will have it ready at 6:30 CST.
It's only a 14 pounder and I use the cooking bag which knocks about an hour off the cooking time, still browns it, and keeps it juicy with the steam.

5. I started my turkey at 3:30 PT
Had to go drop off presents in another city, and came home to cook turkey. It's a little one (10lb) so it should be done about 6. The grill is hot and smoking mesquite....yum!
