Slice open and toast a good sourdough sandwich roll-- I buy 'em fresh baked locally. Lightly butter the toasted halves. Drizzle each with a bit of sweet mustard-dill sauce. I use Larupin Goods Swedish Style Mustard-Dill Sauce.
Spread a few slices of fresh onion, sliced tissue paper thin on each bread half.
Top with thinly sliced smoked salmon. Cut each half into quarters. Yum! I want another but don't have any more smoked salmon.

Some thin sliced cucumber would probably be good on it, too. I've never thought about mustard and dill together.
