A new one on me: Coconut Vinegar

A product of the Philippines. Wow. I couldn't buy it 'cuz I was walking and didn't want to carry it around.

Have you ever seen it?

I could see using it in a marinade for chicken or shrimp. In stir fry or even mixed with some pinapple juice for a pina colada dressing for chicken, shrimp or tofu salad.

Where'd you see it?

2. A local chain supermarket.

It was cheap, too. $1.99 for a quart. Now I'm sorry I didn't lug it with me.
