Sign up for Cookstr! This should be good...

because they've got a hundred or so chefs, celebrity and otherwise, and major cookbook authors signed up to put recipes online for free, hoping you'll buy their books.

You know Mario Batali and Jamie Oliver, but how about Joan Nathan or Mollie Katzen? And others who don't normally post their best for free.
