Does anyone know anywhere you can get culinary advice on using reflector-cookers, particularly sugar-cooking?

And I have no idea what you mean about sugar-cooking. Might be a better chance of getting a response if the question were more clear.

3. Solar units for boiling down maple sap, sounds to me.

Google failed to turn one up, though.

I think it's because the sap has to be boiled day and night to get it to the right consistency before the bees and other bugs wake up.
