I think the next move in food will be toward simple food, stuff without two pages of ingredients to "balance" or "round out" flavors. You know, recipes where there are so few ingredients that they are all allowed to sing.
Oh, it will never make "Iron Chef," but I can't imagine eating half the stuff they produce on that show. Just the descriptions seem to catch on a tonsil and produce a slight gag.

Good quality storebought white corn tortillas, poached chicken breast, avocado, chopped jalapenos en escabeche, and some salsa in a jar, lol. I warmed the tortillas briefly in the microwave, put on shredded chicken, sliced avocado, and the salsa and jalapenos. Simply delicious.
