It comes in the very same sort of can as Ready Whip.

When Sparkly called it Puffy Liqueur - after shuuuushing me a shot of it - I started laughing ...... it just sounded so much like a stripper's stage name.

A can of this shit entered our lives tonight. Sparkly had been crowing all evening about a surprise impulse purchase that she couldn't even describe.

WHIPPED CREAM WITH VARIATIONS

1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Beat cream until soft peaks form, gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat about 30 seconds, or until stiff.

VARIATIONS: *are endless...

AMARETTO WHIPPED CREAM:
Substitute 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur for the vanilla.

CAPPUCCINO WHIPPED CREAM:
Add 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules or crystals to cream before whipping. Increase powdered sugar to 1/4 cup.

SPICED WHIPPED CREAM:
Add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg with powdered sugar.
