2. it is interesting--bookmarked and sending to others.
She is in the midst of apple processing like I am. I don't have a dehydrator though, and I don't can. I do make applesauce, freeze slices for pie, make apple butter and whatever else I can think to do with 'em.

...and I know someone who will relate to all the apples, having just relocated to Wenatchee where people are giving her many shopping bags of their apples.
