You had me interested until it talked about sending it to 10 people. Sorry, Mira. That always stops me in my tracks.

2. I sent it to more than that. Ha! |
|
Seriously, take from it what you want, and ignore the rest of course. I did not even see that part, I was so fascinated by the information.

especially without attribution or a link, I always tend to doubt the veracity of all or some of the information. Just seen it too many times in spam mail, I guess.

4. Read:" Fit for Life "- a phenomenal cookbook |
|
that teaches you about food combining, and its immense health benefits when you know about it and follow the rules.
This was sent to me by a friend who is a medical doctor, ER and holistic, and I posted it for its content only. Feel free to ignore all of it.

such as eating the whole fruit with the peel if it's edible rather than drinking juice is much better for you. But I'm not sure that the order plays a huge part in all of it and this statement:
Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.
can't possibly be factual.
My comments were not reflections on you, Mira, just the content and the chain-letter request at the end make me leary that it's contending to be the next urban myth email to circle the web, is all.
ETA: I really need to stop posting at work when I have to be quick and my intent is not as clear.

5. Take what you want, leave the rest is always good advice, I say. |
|
If more of us did that, the less disagreement there would be, perhaps.
Interesting information, Mira. Thanks.

6. It's food faddism and full of weasel words |
|
but there are a couple of items of good advice: eating the whole fruit, peel and all, if the peel is edible and preferring the whole fruit with its fibre to just fruit juice.
BTW, double blind studies have shown that vitamin C has absolutely no benefit when it comes to warding off or curing colds.
