Don't put away your Spybot and Ad-Aware yet M$ new AntiSpyware has a problem (BankAsh-A). So here comes another M$ patch and it's still in Beta

1. If you USE
anything of microshafts, you deserve what you get. Considering their track record on everything else security/internet wise, why would anyone think this would work better?

3. I tend to agree...

but a few weeks ago MS AntiSpyware was able to catch a few important spyware and malware threats that neither Ad Aware or SpyBot found. I think the best solution is to use all three... it gets kind of boring though. x(

2. There is NO WAY
I'd give up my Spybot and Ad-Aware to use an MS POS substitute.

4. Since I started using the Opera browser, I've had NO spyware
problems. I've used it for more than two years and NEVER use "Internet Exploder."

5. I am also
very protected with the Firefox Browser. With Opera you have the choice of adds on your browser or you have to pay for it. No thanks I will stick to Firefox It's fast, free and very protective. Some people like Opera and some people like Firefox and that's great. The best thing anyone can do for their computer is to get away from IE no matter what other browser they use.

6. I agree. Any other browser is better than using IE
In fact, I NEVER used IE. When I started browsing the Internet, IE didn't exist. I very happily used Netscape until it got broken.

I don't know how I discovered Opera, but after playing with it over a rainy weekend, I sent in my money. One of the very, very few programs I have downloaded and found worthy of buying.

I've tried Firefox, but Opera seems far more sophisticated.
