i got a "Grey Box" that says 'hpzcon10.dll' is missing, download from HP CD

i got a "Grey Box" that says 'hpzcon10.dll' is missing, download from HP CD
i figure that is a printer driver, and the HP CD is a reference to the lost CD from the box.

i cant download anything from the HP driver website for the '3745 inkjet printer'

any suggestions..

Why can't you download any drivers from HP's website?

You can download a copy. With luck the zip file will tell you where to put the .dll. If not, google hpzcon10.dll until you find a package that has installation instructions. Good luck.

5. it isn't going to work.. the hp download is in C:| when i go thru auto detect
install when i plug the printer in.. the Grey box comes up ...the hpzcon10.dll isn't in the suggested site/ nor in hp.com

she will just have to get another printer with a cd, i'm tired of mess'n with it
