I just found Trillian today |
|
This a great little program. It works with all the popular IM programs. Now I can have AIM and Yahoo IM contacts in one window. http://www.trillian.cc/learn/

Does GAIM combine buddy lists like Trillian does? Trillian does not allow you to start audio conferences on Yahoo (at least in the free version).

4. Not sure on the voice thing |
|
I have no idea if that is supported or intended to be supported. sorry.
yes it does allow for combined buddy lists across most of the IM protocols out there (AIM/ICQ/Yahoo/MSN/Jabber/etc). There is also a tabbed chat window (sort of like tabbed browsing in firefox) this keeps all of your chats in a single nice neat window rather than 30 chats = 30 windows.
Sorry abotu the voice thing i just dont know the answer. You may wish to try emailing the authors (they have been pretty responsive to me in the past)
