Need help hooking up DVR to TV and digital cable box

I know it's not really computer related but if any of you have screenshots of how to connect a DVR to a digital cable box and TV, I'd greatly appreciate it.

The manual that came with the DVR (Panasonic DMR85H DVD/Digital Video Recorder) does not show how to hook it up ONLY to a digital box and TV. It DOES show how to hook it up to a cable box, VCR and TV. I tried hooking it up using the pics and ignoring the connections to the VCR but I got confused.

HELP!!!!!

Note that the "cable in" shown going into the DVR comes from the "out" on the digital cable box. The cord being used here to connect to the TV has 3 plugs on each end, two for audio and one for video. They are color coded, red, white, and yellow, and will go from the "out" jacks on the DVR to the "in" jacks on the television
