I had Picasa installed but, decided to uninstall so it would scan my hard drive and put all the pic files in the program. So I deleted it and downlowaded again. Now thre are no pics in picasa and I've been trying to find a way to get it to scan C: drive and install the pics. Not happening. So many ppl have been messing around with my computer that pic files are all over the place. That's why I want to do it from C: drive.
Simple way to do that? Instructions Please, please.
Thanks

1. It doesn't look like you can a full drive scan |

after the initial scan, but you can select folders to scan afterward. It's a bit more work, but something you'll wind up doing eventually anyway. Here's a guide: http://www.gilsmethod.com/how-to-control-which-folders-picasa-scans-automatically

are you familiar with Picasa? Does it allow saving as .jpg or only use .pmp? Can you add texts to photos?
I find it to be the most confusing app google has released. When I found out if I wanted to link photos stored there, it uses my EMAIL ADDRESS in the properties string, I didn't get the full version.
