Logitech Cordless keyboard and mouse

I installed a the Logitech Wireless S520 keyboard. Why, why doesn't any thing just plug in and work!!

The keyboard and mouse work fine, plugged into all the right places :evilgrin: ran the installation disk, etc.

However, when I try to delete multiple files by holding down the shift key and highlighting say the next ten files or whatever that function doesn't work. I have to delete one at a time. Also, the page up - page down buttons don't work.

When it comes to tech, I've got the kiss of death. Is there something I have to do to make those particular keys work? Never had to do anything with either wired or wireless keyboards before they just worked.

edit to add: Neither does the delete key work either. Maybe it's a faulty keyboard?

Hi, madmax .. These links are for the Logitech support site. The first one gives a possible solution.
The others are for the main forum for your product. They are basically telling customers to try it on another computer, if possible, and if it doesn't work on either, contact Logitech for RMA (returned merchandise authorization).
