Are there any web sites that allow me to create my own Wiki?
Or reasonably priced software that I can buy and put on a website that will allow people to participate in a Wiki?

1. Most Wiki packages are free

There are also plenty of Wiki hosting sites, free and otherwise, if you don't want to bother with installation and maintenance:
