this is new.. I cant open the 'tools box'...
i just recently fired this one up for my wife again.. it works pretty good except i have to use the toos sometimes after downloading a lot...

any ideas...?? thanx

Sounds like somewhere along the line somebody created an "administrator" account that set up restrictions. But your OS is so old, it may be some weird bug.

3. I put XP in it..yes i did download the free spybot ..i didnt know i put an
