Anyone here using the Stingray hardware firewall?

I just orderd one. I use a software fire and antivirus program and still the F3@5*?G virus's manage to get in. Wiped out the registry a week ago.
I reformated everything and last night it crashed again. I spent 3 F3@5*?G hours trying to remove a virus, every time I reboot it is infected again.
