In my other post, this was in the instructions, "Once the computer has booted from the CD you'll see a "Welcome to Windows Setup" screen appear and after all the drivers have loaded (shown along the bottom), press F10 or wait and choose to use the recovery console (choose item #2)." INstead of choosing #2, when I got to the point above, I just hit enter and it brought me to the next screen, format NTFS etc, and I just followed the instruction.
My system is smoking now..works like a dream...fast as hell again!
