Urgent Help: Question on MacOS X Client Terminal Services Client

All,

Anyone out there familiar with Mac OS X Terminal Services Client? We have two questions pending at work.

1) Can the Terminal Services client print to local printers on the Mac? I know Windows supports this.

2) Can users switch windows (to check email and do other functions) while the Terminal Session is open?
