1. Very beautiful cat!
Very unusual I think too with her near solid colored red coat and the bright copper eyes.
I've looked at many many cats and have never seen one like her. She is a very attractive cat and her eyes are like a fancy purebred cats eyes.

2. I have a half-Abby, Lily and was wondering
if maybe Charlotte had some Abby too. Her overall coat is more Abby-like (ticked) than tabby.

How are Pad Thai and Lily taking to her?

Beautiful eyes, like my Oberon's!

7. Yes she is
She has calmed down now and is scheduled to be spayed on Tuesday. She will get all her shots and blood tests at that time. The little girl is living in the den for the time being.

13. Those eyes look just like my British Shorthairs...
nothing else about her suggests any bit of Brit to her, but she's still a great-looking girl nonetheless!

Beautiful orange you've got going there. Even the eyes. You look like a pumpkin.

Now, eat more. Your first pic on this thread has your back looking pretty bony.

And congratulations on your new home. I'm positive you gota good one.

16. Update on Charlotte
She went to the vet's last night to be boarded for her spay surgery today. They tested her while I was there and she is FeLv negative!! :woohoo: . This makes it very likely that I can keep her (My mother was prepared to foster her if she had been positive).

Also she weighed a total of 10 pounds which means I've fattened her up well, even before she came to live with me. (Leave it to me that's a skill I definitely have).

In spite of the the fact that she's declawed I'm hoping I can keep her as a young energetic pal for Pad Thai. I've kept them separate so far - except for when he snuck in after her - and will gradually introduce them once her surgery is healed.

17. They just called from the vets
It really is a male cat! He was fixed very young so you can't tell by looking at the part that goes over the fence last! I get to pick him up tonight!

I guess it's back to Charlemagne aka Charley. As far as the infactuation with Pad Thai, well maybe he's gay, I don't know (or maybe he was just really lonely.) The vet also said he's about 2 years old.

19. The introduction to Pad Thai has gone smooth so far
no hissing in the middle of the night and Pad Thai was so excited he has a new brother that he didn't sleep with me all night. He just spent time looking at Charley as they sort out their boundaries. Lily just acts like she doesn't care one way or the other.

21. Yes he's a very pretty boy
the family introductions are still underway (with a few hissings and growls) but I think it will be alright.
