9. He was a 20-pound lap cat

He weighed 20 pounds, but he was overweight. His ideal weight was 18 1/2 lbs. This cat crushed me when he decided to curl up on my lap!

5. OMG how adorable!

My sweetie who has maligant cancer is a Maine Coon. I adore her totally. She was a stray who was found on the streets at Christmas in the freezing cold when she was about 6 mos old. I had never even heard of Maine Coons before until a breeder walked by my house and remarked on her.
She has always been tiny at only 7 pounds but has the ego of a tiger hence the name, Tuffie.
She thinks she is big game kitty and she likes it when I let her prove her prowness. I tell her how tuff she is and she eats it up.
She is as playful at 11 as she was when I first got her.
