peta and petco agreement
this is a great development, imho. so few people are really ready to keep a parrot for it's whole life. starting out at a place like petco is the shortcut to birdy hell.

3. it's true, but
at least they have a decent chance of being purchased by someone up to the task of caring for them. the thought of these people selling cockatoos and macaws, which i don't think hardly anyone should sell, it just gives me the willies.
