What does your dog or cat like to watch on TV?

1. Animals.

When they have the natural sounds the animals make and not just a soundtrack with someone doing a voice over. My cats like to watch then.

Also quick moving animals or graphic sometimes catch their eyes.

2. Our old cat Oreo (we called her The Pooh) got all excited....

when we rented the movie Ice Age. Normally, the Pooh was pretty relaxed about everything. I never even knew she'd seen the TV before that.

But that little prehistoric sabre-toothed chipmunk or whatever he was that kept chasing the nut....

During the intro (the part that keeps repeating if you don't start the movie...) She saw him moving so fast across the TV, that she went running up to it, put her front paws on the screen, and stood and watched him for quite awhile. It was hilarious!
