Dear Friends of Disclosure,

Nine months after the inauguration of a new and potentially transformative American President, we await significant progress on official Disclosure on the UFO/ET subject. While the UK, France, Denmark, Brazil and other countries around the world have increasingly opened their official government files, the US is found lagging behind her sister nations.

This is, in large part, because - up until now - the President has been denied access to such files. The so-called Majestic group illegally compartmentalized their secret operations away from Presidential and Congressional oversight. This secret, satellite government, which is transnational and answers only to itself, must now answer to the people and to this new President.

As you can see from the attached summary of the Special Presidential Briefing (SPB) that we have provided to the President and to his senior military and intelligence team, the full Briefing contains detailed information on the projects, project code numbers, names, corporations, locations etc., associated with the UFO/ET subject. (The full briefing is too lengthy to release at this time.) In short, the President now has the key information that he needs to act. The President must now engage in executive action to oversee, control, and direct these operations for the benefit of the American people and the world.

This SPB has also been provided to the head of state of at least one G7 country, senior members of Congress, and other key government officials via known and reliable points of contact (POCs) directly to these leaders.

Now it is time for we, the people, to be heard! Please write to these leaders and ask that they act NOW, as they are sworn to do, on our behalf. Please write to the President, to your two US Senators, and to your member of Congress and ask:
That President Obama investigate the matter, gain proper control over these operations, end for once and forever the secrecy surrounding the UFO subject, and work with other nations to quickly coordinate an official Disclosure;

That President Obama stand-down any covert offensive targeting of ET spacecraft;

That President Obama, working with other leaders around the world, initiate open, peaceful Contact with these Extraterrestrial Civilizations;

That President Obama move swiftly to release the Earth-saving new energy technologies contained within these illegal covert Majestic programs so that we may be freed from the death grip that oil, gas, coal, and nuclear energy have on the planet;

That the Congress hold open, secrecy-free hearings on these matters immediately.

If you are or know of a reliable, bona fide POC to a member of Congress, or other senior government official in the US or other country, who would like the full Briefing, please let us know.

The President was elected with the vision of transformative change. Nothing would so transform the world as the ending of this secrecy, peaceful open contact with the Extraterrestrial Civilizations visiting Earth and the release of these wondrous new energy technologies for peaceful energy generation. In just a few years, the world will be made anew.

The above video is the presentation that triggered the interview/debate between Dr. Greer and Kerry Cassidy/Bill Ryan of projectcamelot.org the following day. They are rather combative towards Dr Greer but it is interesting nonetheless.

Recruitment Announcement: a call for a few good volunteer top-notch scientists (chem/biochem specialization)

As you may recall, 12 volunteer Altimarian environmental scientists are busy in various Earth locations since their landing on Earth January 22, 2008. These Altimarians have been working on a variety of environmental remediation projects to help towards restoring the integrity of Gaia/Earth Mother's ecosystems.

Today the Altimarians (and I) are putting out a call for Human volunteer, highly-skilled scientists specializing in environmentally-relevant chemistry and/or biochemistry with applied skills in the area of environmental remediation of harmful or toxic materials. Previous such experience is especially useful.
The Altimarians need 3 such top-notch chem/biochem scientists. In addition the Altimarians need one or two superior scientists with excellent general biochemistry or chemistry expertise.
Location of volunteer service: Liberia, Africa. The project involves major clean-up work with harmful or toxic wastes dumped by various multinational corporations there.
Duration: 4-6 weeks.
Scope of work: The Altimarians directly, or through their UN environmental team intermediaries (with the Altimarians as advisors), will train the volunteer scientists for about a week. Then the Altimarians will send these volunteer scientists to work as part of a scientific expedition (possibly under the cover of a "research team"). The Altimarians and human volunteer scientists will be working on soil and water remediation. They also hope to train local peoples in what will be needed to continue the work after the Project Team leaves, using sustainable methods.
Dangers: The Altimarians expect that the assignment will be dangerous. The region is politically unstable with a history of unrest and inter-tribal warfare. Volunteers should be prepared with an understanding of how to protect oneself and remain alert in potentially-dangerous conditions. Self-defense training, such as psychic awareness-and-avoidance skills or knowledge of martial arts will be helpful. It is anticipated that the UN will provide security support using traditional arms. The volunteers should be in top condition and fitness. As soon as the applicant scientist is accepted, the U.S. and/or UN governments will assign security personnel to ensure safe and seamless transfer of the scientist from home country to Liberia and until the project is completed. In addition, Star Visitors will provide continuous psychic monitoring to assure the safety of all involved.
Security Clearance: These volunteer scientists will be involved in an environmental project working with Altimarian scientists, who will be using advanced extraterrestrial technology. These human volunteers need not possess formal security clearance, but will be exposed to technology which some governments might consider "classified". Obviously the project will provide the volunteers an opportunity for learning about novel environmental approaches. If any of the volunteer scientists has global clearance and/or special security training, that is a plus.
Pay: (Which part of "volunteer" was unclear?) That said, the Altimarians hope that the volunteers' travel, lodging and subsistence costs will be covered by the UN and other support teams, including possibly the host country. But it might be necessary for the volunteers to raise a portion of their own funds, (possibly to be reimbursed). Intangible rewards include a cosmic addition to the scientist's resume, having engaged in an unprecedented interplanetary joint scientific project.
Starting Date: The Altimarians hope to have the volunteer scientists join them as soon as feasible. When the minimum number of suitable scientists have been accepted, the scientists will be informed to travel to the destination area. This is hopefully a fast-track process.
Application Process and Screening: The procedure is to have qualified superior volunteer scientists direct their application/resume to me, Dr. Richard Boylan for initial competency review, (and scrutinizing of their bioelectromagnetic energy signature), and then I will promptly forward the more promising applications to the Altimarians through an Intermediary Person I am in close contact with. The Altimarians will determine whether the applicant scientist's qualifications meet their needs for this project, and will respond accordingly. Scientists accepted will be given further particulars thereafter.

4. His book from years ago was wonderful

Steven Greer wrote a book some years ago with various whistle blowers telling their stories about the truth of visitation from cultures not of Earth. That book was WONDERFUL. I believe he also had a big press conference scheduled regarding disclosure in late September 2001, and we all know what happened just before that blocked out the sun for the next several years.

I have heard a few things regarding his present work that make me a little worried, but they have been on UFO pod casts so I can't attest to their truth. This guy sure has brought the whistle blowers out of the wood-work though. It is impossible to read their stories and not feel something mysterious is occurring.

I really don't know if I believe our elected law makers are permitted much knowledge though, there is the rumor that when Bill Clinton was asked one time why he didn't dig deeper into the subject his answer was that he didn't want to end up like JFK. Who knows how true it is, but food for thought like everything else on this topic. Also Barry Goldwater tried to find out the truth, from rumor mind you, and was severely rebuffed by the military.

Sorry to not have anything much to add, I just go spouting when I see a thread on this topic because it is one of my favorite mysteries. Thanks for the links. The Disclosure Project is a good thing IMO, no matter what anyone's opinion may be of Dr. Greer, this is something bigger than just one man for sure.

5. The info I came across was about Jimmy Carter

He was going to make major disclosures about Star Nations visitors, but was told that the "God" of the Bible did not exist. Carter wept at that and then could not bring himself to tear apart peoples belief systems by disclosure.

I can see that happening. Carter is a good man.

But, I think Obama's going to do it. We'll see.

6. The movie Contact has been a favorite of mine. To know we are not alone is

acceptable. Our astronauts, and scientists have been searching for information of life on other planets for a long time. Why would it be so harmful to disclose their findings?
