my energy is all out of whack

Grounding might help. Or you may be on the brink of a spiritual awakening. That has happened to me.

www.shambhudance.com Page two, the meditations. Alternate nostril breathing. It'll center and focus you. After doing that, try seeing yourself in the middle of a perfectly formed sphere. Once you have a sense of this, breathe the energy in from the sphere and out into it. This will integrate you. If you try it, let me know how it goes.
