What if we started a blog where we regularly exposed their conservative remarks, guests, and positions that we hear people like George Noory take? The name of the blog would reflect the purpose of the blog.
Saul Alinksy, the well-known progressive activist who gave us "Rules for Radicals," points out that ridicule is an effective weapon. In fact, ridicule is one of the rules.
I think there are enough people who listen right here on this board that we could have regular contributions. I know I was totally disgusted when I heard this guy David Kupelian from WorldNetDaily, who appeared in the last few days. How many times this month do we have to hear from writers at the WorldNetDaily, a joke of a web site if there ever was one. They started the month off with Jerome Corsi and ended it with this Kupelian fool. I would have loved to have had an outlet for ridicule about some of the things he said, particularly about the "hard left."
Then we could work on getting the site known. We could go to the various forums and chat rooms and mention our blog. The liberals there, if there are any, would jump on it. Pretty soon it might be enough that they would mitigate their comments.
They have been getting some press in the last few months. I think Atlantic Monthly did an article on them and so did one of the news weekly magazines, if I remember correctly. If the blog got enough attention, these writers might mention it and people would be more aware of their conservative influence.
It has gotten so bad in the last month that I have to wonder if a dictum hasn't come down from their conservative owners to put on more conservative guests.
