more at: http://www.goldtent.net/wp_gold/2010/10/14/a-warning-and-why-it-mattersIn predictive linguistics, it seems that the further in advance they sense something coming, the bigger the event, or emotional impact is. For a year or two now, Clif has been looking at the largest ‘emotional tipping point’ he has ever analyzed. This one is predicted for Nov. 8-12 approximately

4. they are based on language on the internet |

scanning in particular the media. And when you consider that language, then yes, their predictions will be negative.
And they are a business, so sell to people most likely to buy. Those waiting for the other shoe to drop, etc. I suppose.
On the other hand, they changed this prediction 2 days ago. This I find amusing for the following reason: I looked in out of curiousity, read the prediction, got nervous, slapped myself silly for reading it, went out to do the barn, came back in and found the changed dates and timing.
The rise in emotion is now predicted to start *today* at 2:30pm pacific time...which is 5:30 my time...which is right about when I read their first prediction which got me nervous. So they already have a hit  Anyway, the new dates are emotional buildup to November 14 and then big release that lasts half way through January or something to that effect...
I was already predisposed to being nervous. I've been waiting for a major stock market correction before buying oil for my empty furnace and was anticipating it would hit sometime after the election and before Christmas. In the meantime, thanks to the expected QE2 the market has been rising. I'm kicking myself for not buying oil when it was "down" to $2.50/gallon and now it's $2.75 or so. But I was still prepared to wait it out. And then with the last cold spell, I decided to put on the propane direct vent for a short time just to take the chill off the bird room. And discovered the connection to the thermostat pulled out (tyvm doggies x(). So here it is November 5 and I have only electric heat for 1 room and no heat for the house. GAAAAH! So I really don't need all hell to break loose...unless it causes a major stock market correct and brings oil down, although it won't. So tomorrow, I'm off to buy oil at the higher price and still am trying to get hold of gas appliance repairman. Which in these times is hard to reach anybody because everybody is overstressed. Not good. Not good.
