"A Woman Will Bring Bush Down" Thread Three
Unfortunately for Bush, the Sheehan issue came at a very bad time. Something else that we don't have on our radar is happening behind the scenes, something that will become apparent soon, and it is devastating to the GOP and Bush and may well put the kibosh on Jeb's chances at even getting a nomination for President in 2008.

I don't see anyone going to jail, ala Nixon's henchmen. However, I feel great shame and degradation, something that will so imprint itself on the consciousness of the nation that Bush will be history. And no, it isn't personal or sexual. It is rather something that was done by a group of people within the administration--not just once--that will tarnish the GOP so badly they may change their name. I'm not kidding.

I'm sorry, I just went blank.

Reading Pink Tiger's Words after an incredible two months: I think we have not an answer, but a process: First Cindy Sheehan exposes Shrub's personal lack of courage, then Katrina shows his lack of competence in even the essential characteristics of leadership. A KID would have been more responsible, compassionate and competent than Shrub in that disaster. He neither inspired people to act nor did so himself, and when he did finally do something it was after everyone else did so and in such an umcompassionate way that he drove away people. Now what will Judy reveal about Shrub? Perhaps that he is not even in charge of reality, let alone the White House. That he is helpless without his puppeteers, that he is not fit to clear bush let alone be in the White House?

And he has women helpers, but none of them can help him. Not Condi, not Laura, not Harriet, not his mother. And we never hear about his sister at all. The paid helpers lack all crediblity and are too corrupt to ever stand alone, a necessary factor in being a true helper. So they stand helpless as the man they were hired by slips ever more slowly into the abyss, both legal and popularity wise.

It is no accident that the Fates and the Furies are women. Women know instinctively that what goes around comes around, and if its not based in something genuine, it does not last. Nemesis is Valerie Plame: standing quietly over the fray.

So Bush, women are already roaring. Hear them. They are pretty loud, aren't they?

1. I'm ready to try another prediction
But please remember I do this by letting my mind flow -- it is not so much a prediction as a depiction of present events.

Here goes:

The Harriet Miers nomination was a mistake on purpose; Bush was waiting for someone to tell him who to nominate, and because it was decided that he needed to act swiftly, they nominated Miers as a red herring, knowing that she would withdraw in time. I also think they wanted Roberts to try his hand at a case or two before deciding who to nominate.
Miers will withdraw her nomination in a few days, and it will be NOT because of the criticism but because of some other reason that is concocted, presumably on her own.
Another candidate is waiting in the wings.

There will be two major indictments made this week by Fitzgerald. More indictments are possible, but I am seeing two. I feel Karl Rove and Scooter Libby are the two, but I can't say for certain.

2. Pink Tiger:
I believe that Harriet was in a sense an act of desperation: he wanted someone who would actually nurture him, as she has before. Shrub is now too defensive to trust anyone who is not in his sight everyday, and anyone more qualified works elsewhere. It's "Harriet, save me! Please!" But Harriet can't save him. Another candidate may be forced upon him by Congress and he grudingingly accepts that person.

I feel they are the two, but this stuff isn't going away. I believe Cheney and even the President is in the crosshairs, and that this administration will end with Shrub being led out by a health problem. In my Greening of America, I saw an interregnum period where there was no President at the top, like Wilson in 1919. Then the Governors would start to take the initiative in Governing, and we would get a fourth branch of government.

6. I read

that his "advisor's" warned him away from Miers, but he is bullheaded and went ahead. I don't see any grand scheme here.

In the earlier thread I suggested Lyndie England. The torture-ess put to work by none other than our not-so-great-leader.

I don't care who it is. He is his own worst enemy anyway.

7. Don't forget Janice Karpinski, the demoted general of Abu Ghraib
who was their scapegoat du jour back then. She has just published a book about it and names Rumsfeld and some top brass at the Pentagon for being responsible for the orders issued to torture.

8. Oh wow

I didn't know that. I also think that the Fitzgerald case will go farther up to the top maybe. I remember a few months ago when I first found out about this case I had this very strong feeling that he was going after someone really big and important. I also keep having someone send me a message about the WHIG group. They keep really popping out at me. And Condi for some reason too.

11. Condi is a real imbedded part of that group.

I did a Tarot reading tonight about Fitzgerald that I haven't entirely interpreted yet. In the Celtic Cross, what covered him was Judgement reversed. The Empress crossed him. I found this confusing but now that you mentioned Condi, this could make sense. It was a very disturbing reading, incidentally, and like I said I have to study it a bit to figure out what it is really saying. The last card, or the one that says the outcome was Justice reversed. I haven't really interpreted the inbetween cards yet that could change this but I found it disturbing.

9. Really over the top....

After everything I have seen as of recent, I feel the 'female' is Khaos, Herself. In ancient Greek beliefs, she is the creator of all. Every god feared and revered her. As phallocentric as the Greeks were, their ancient roots were very gynocentric! Order comes from chaos, but not the other way. Therefore, I propose that Khaos (or one of her many incarnations) has shown herself again to destroy the "old" order, thereby issuing in the "new" order.

Using a Greek system: What are the areas that have fallen into chaos?

War: unjustified, illegal, not defensive...offended goddess, Athena!
Health: the poor left to suffer...offended goddess, Hygia!
Earth: piss-poor environmental policies, pollution, destruction of natural resources...offended goddess, Gaea!
Politics: abuse of power, cronyism, partisanship...offended goddess, Athena! (again...not SMART!)
Animals: poor response to hurricanes (leaving animals to die), anti-animal policies...offended goddess, Artemis!
Justice: human abuses, misuse of judicial power, lying under oath...offended goddess, Themis (and Athena!)!

Others?

I feel that Khaos is irate with us, or at least our leadership. I feel Athena is also unhappy. So, perhaps the 'females' are not human, but godly, and human ones and names (Katrina, Rita, now Wilma) are the representation.

10. I love the old mythologies too.
I think the old Goddesses were the ones that were there before the invasions of the Hellenes from the north in prehistoric times. Funny though as patriarchal as the classical Greeks were, they couldn't get rid of them, but had to eventually let their Gods share Mt. Olympus with the Goddesses.
