Request for Light

This morning I received an email from my good friend and mentor:

"My ex-husband is one of the aid workers being held in Iraq. Please hold all the workers, the captors, our children and me, and the people working so hard to free them in the Light. Prayers are so powerful."

If you can, please join me in praying for everyone involved in this situation, no matter what their role, and for the best possible outcome to come to pass. This lady is so important to me and her children need their Dad back. Thank you.

I am feeling truly blessed today. It's surely going to speed the recovery process...the Vicodin doesn't hurt, either! heheh.
