Silva, est, Lifespring, TM....others?
Who here has participated in one of these or a different group?
Just curious....
I did TM (Trancendental Meditation) in the early 70's,
est in the early 80's, and Silva in the mid 80's.

3. actually it's been so long and i did so many drugs then I really can't
LOL

but it certainly changed my view of reality

seems like there was a lot of negative energy and "bad" spiritual things going on, so I'd say nah, give em a pass and stick with Michael Sharp :)
