Strength, light, hope, please

I hope Blue Iris does not mind me copying her idea but I would like to request, strength, light, hope, positive thoughts, or whatever you can send my way.
The last two years have been very hard for me. Today I'm feeling very overwhelmed and feel that I can't or simply don't want to go on. Please send me positive energy so that I can help find my way out of the morass my life has turned into.

I just saw your post--I'm so sorry that no one has yet replied, but I'm sure they will. I'm helping to raise your frequency. If you will sit quietly and meditate and ask your guides to raise your frequency level up to the level of your soul essence, they will. I'm asking my guides to help also. You can visualize your body, mind and spirit moving upward and it will be real. Your soul essence can see things at a much higher level (think like 50,000 feet). From there, things will look much different, and you can start to do things differently to change your life. Practice this as much as you can--sometimes when we're really low, it takes awhile for results to appear.

I close myself up in my bedroom and write it all out into a journal whenever I don't have good onversight of all that is going on in my life.

3. I'm so sorry that you're having such a difficult time, in search of sanity

I ask that the Universe hold you in its infinitely loving embrace and protect you from those things that keep you from feeling the joy that is available to us all. I ask that you actually feel this embrace in a physical way so that you know that you're not alone in your darkest hours. (This or something better for the highest good of all involved.)

Please take care of yourself, and please don't give up! I send you warm :hug:s through the ethers.

Do you have someone to talk to about this, or do you feel all alone? If you feel alone and, if talking to someone would be helpful, please don't hesitate to PM me.

Also, this may sound strange, but have you allowed yourself to cry? There have been times when I've felt absolutely, utterly unable to go on, and after crying, I feel better. It doesn't make things go away, but it certainly is cathartic at least for me.

4. I'm going through some crap right now, too, so I can relate :)

I can honestly say that this is the hardest month, stresswise, that I have ever had. I'm through the worst of it I think, and for that I'm grateful. It's helped to take a long view of things (in 2 years, these things will be only memories) and to just try and trust in God. It's taken me my whole life to learn the latter, though I'm sure it will come easier to you!

Have courage, ISOS. Things work themselves out in their own time, and I'm sure you will find a way through this :hug:

Rereading The Tao of Pooh has also helped me find the path of least resistance through this mess. Have you heard of it?
