Sacred Sites Reflect Star Map and Home of the Builders.
A very interesting discovery tying all the known sacred sites world wide as the mirror reflection of the night sky and the home of the gods has begun to be made known throughout the world.

This groundbreaking work by Wayne Herschel has yet to be acknowledged by the larger academic community(who are strangely mute), not to mention the wider archeological community which has yet to raise its collective head. If what is presented holds true, and it would appear that Mr. Herschel is prepared for any arguement to the contrary, the history of civilization and the origin of the human species will be called into question. Because, not only are these terestial mirrors of the cosmos reflected here on Earth, but on Mars as well!

You guys, this is a fascinating read and well worth the time. It is at once revelatory and life affirming. This is the message that the ancients have left us as to the history of our tiny globe. And it once more shows us all that those who came before us knew much more than those who walk among us.

1. If you don't mind
I'm kind of pressed for time. Where is the home of the builders?

5. A planet located within a group of yellow stars off the thigh of the Bull.
These stars are the same classification as our sun. They are located around 16-17 light years from earth. This is relatively close by cosmological standards. What this repeating pattern within the sacred sites are telling us is the address of the builders of the sacred sites.

When you find yourself with some time for feeding the curiousity, take some time and visit this site.

2. Interesting. Anybody have any thoughts on the recent find in Egypt?
Think any stunning new revelations will come from this?

Pharaonic tomb find stuns Egypt

Archaeologists have discovered an intact, ancient Egyptian tomb in the Valley of the Kings, the first since King Tutankhamun's was found in 1922.
A University of Memphis-led team found the previously unknown tomb complete with sarcophagi and five mummies.

The archaeologists have not yet been able to identify them.

But Egypt's chief archaeologist Zahi Hawass says they "might be royals or nobles" moved from "original graves to protect them from grave robbers".

3. Graham Hancock/Robert Bauval pioneered this theory ..
...starting with 'Fingerprints of the Gods' and 'Secrets of the Sphinx' back in the early 90's.

Check out Graham's message board - there's alot of fascinating folks discussing their theories and works on ancient astro-geometry type stuff ...

4. Herschel started with Bauval's theory and has greatly expanded it.
You guys really need to check it out.

6. wow...this looks fascinating!
I really enjoy delving into this stuff....(keeps me from being too stuck in Planet Earth 2006 CE...if you know what I mean!)

Most of this is not new to me although I'm sure a lot of the info in his book may be. I find archeo- astronomy quite fascinating. The idea we are the first "advanced civilization" (I use that term loosely) on this planet is hard for me to believe. I agree completely with your remark- that those who came before us knew much more than those who walk among us.

from the website...
Wayne Herschel, in a culmination of 15 years of research on archaeo-astronomy, has stumbled upon an extraordinary secret that appears to link Leonardo Da Vinci to the Solomon key, Stonehenge and the enigma behind the pyramids. It all began in Egypt, where the Sphinx would lead him to an astonishing discovery that had eluded so many before him: All 50 or so pyramids in Lower Egypt correlate accurately with the brightest stars along the entire length of the Milky Way. On a recent South African television documentary, astronomers and historians could not fault his claim. (See star atlas image and pyramids on author’s website for evaluation by scholars).

What Herschel found, as one would expect to in any ‘sacred’ map, was the proverbial ‘x’ that marks the spot. It was at the map’s dead centre and was represented by the largest obelisk ever constructed by the Egyptians. It appears to correlate with a nearby Sun-like star situated close to the Pleiades star cluster in Taurus. With this ‘blueprint’ design code at hand, the definitive question was: Would other megalithic civilisations, like the Maya, the Sumerians, the Inca, and the Cambodians conceal the same breathtaking secret?

Thanks, Leanin_green :hi:

7. Your welcome Desertrose. I love this stuff too.
Especially when it has some hard science to back it up. I really believe the coincedences with the other sacred sites is unmistakeable and very telling. And I've always believed that the head on the Sphinx is a later addition. It looks proportionately undersized to the rest of the body, don't you think? I believe that originally it had the head of a lion to denote the rising of Leo in the eastern quadrant. What do you think?

8. ... and here's another ...
'An ancient North Yorkshire monument has been recognised as being almost 1,000 years older than the pyramids of Giza.

Researchers at Newcastle University have found the Thornborough Henges are one of the earliest major monuments aligned to the constellation Orion'.....
