need some help here

we have a neighbor that is a freaking a**hole. won't go into all the past details but today takes the cake.

I'm outside with my two dogs, letting them do their business. The neighbors is shoveling some snow, his kids are playing. One of the kids falls down on the ice and starts crying -- my older dog ambles over to see what the problem is -- the freaking a**hole starts yelling to get the dog off his property or he'll shoot her

yeah, I should have had her on a leash, but 99.9% of the time she just does her business and goes back into the house...

ok - so I want they people to just go away -- I'm not looking for anything bad to happen to them, just how do I make them go away. Let them win the freaking lottery for a gazillion dollars and go live somewhere else.

any spells, rituals I can do? at the moment, when I go outside I look at the house and chant under my breath "go away, go away"

2. creative visualizations

spend a few minutes a day visualizing a blue "bubble" surrounding your house and all it's dwellers including the animals that is filled with safety and love

if you can't pull up a positive feeling for your neighbor, pray for him every day until you can (my "prayers" for people who irritate me usually start like "Dear Universe, give that sob what he deserves" and gradually I find I can have empathy for most folks by the end of 30 days)

once you can, after you "see" your blue bubble around your home and loved ones, visualize him in an orange bubble gently floating away from you until he disappears over the horizon, with no harm to him

be sure to ground yourself before beginning by sighing heavily or stomping your feet. Once you are done, be sure to thank the universe (and your angels if that feels right) for their help and affirm out loud you wish only the greatest good for all concerned

he may not move, but he may be less a thorn in your side
