One thing that "The Secret" and Intenders has brought home for me, is that if I'm not expressing gratitude, I'm not paying attention.

I recall one of the most fruitful times of my life, when things just manifested in miraculous ways, and transitions happened smoothly, was when I wrote a long list of gratitudes every night. I loved those ceiling to wall windows. Things just came out of nowhere, literally.

In that Spirit, allow me to share. I have two pairs of glasses. Something went terribly wrong with my eyesight about four years ago and I have one set to do computer work and reading and another to drive.

I noticed this morning that my reading glasses were out of whack. One stem was bent out sideways. Have no clue what happened, but I'm really good at sitting on them (get some dental floss for that faux pas) or just eh? I never had to wear glasses, but I sure know now why my daddy was so picky about, don't touch my glasses! Cause you just can't see without them.

So, I thought, oh my. I have to drive over to the optometry shop and see if they can figure out how to fix this disaster. Like I don't have a full week scheduled. But I noticed this morning that the ear piece was sticking out from behind my ear. So I pushed on it a little. And there was a snap. I thought, oh NOW WHAT? But that did the trick! Amazing. They are now good as new.

So I thank Spirit and Universe that I don't have to take an unplanned side trip, and I can see again.

Can we get a Gratitude Train going? We ask. Can we give back?

for reminding me to take the time to be in gratitude.

When I was receiving the daily "Go Gratitude" messages, it was very easy for me to stay in that stream. Since that time, I have been lax in doing this on a daily basis. Once you are in the stream, though, you stay in the stream - at least, that was what I have found.

So, I will do this.
