While editing Linda's new 'Angel course' last month, I was reminded of an energy healing course I took while living in NYC in the 1990s. It was facilitated by a graduate of Barbara Brennan's School of Healing. We learned to open/balance our energy centers and to tap into our 'guidance' or intuition. Once, our little group sat in a circle in a darkened room with a candle in the center. The facilitator asked our respective Spirit Guides to stand behind each of us. After a couple minutes she asked them to move behind the next person in the circle. As they moved (according to her prompts) the candle would flicker and we could feel a breeze from the movement - each time they were asked to move. We could also sense a difference in the energies that stood behind us (e.g., heavier, taller, or lighter than our own Spirit Guide). It made a profound impression on me.
