There are certain varieties I am not so good at keeping alive - but it has more to do with the ambient humidity - Cymbidiums are outside all year and I don't know how many times I have divided them over the years...

Between all of them, dendrobiums, phalenopsis, cattleyas and ...escaped my mind... those terrestial ones....there is always something blooming. I am so grateful when they bloom.

We are camped at home tonight. We've been snowed in for two days and it looks like tomorrow will see us return to the real world.

We had Fajitas for dinner and now Kevsand is camped out watching cartoons with Material Girl and I'm hanging out online. Not terribly "romantic" but still a pretty happy part of my world.

Thanks. We call it Valentines WEEK, so I can still chime in :D
Our local Fox network came into the shop yesterday afternoon and interviewed some of the customers and the owner. I dug my tv out to watch. They did a story on how 'love' can produce physical symptoms much like anxiety! What a bummer. The owner didn't appear in their clip. Too bad. She was holding a sunflower arrangement I made. Was hoping it would get air time. (shameless vanity showing)
I'm having my Valentines celebration tomorrow night. Going to a Comedy Club!
