The local Fox News station here hired "Nancy" of Psychic Detectives fame to look at a very cold case of a disappearance of a doctor here. Since we have discussed psychic detectives and Nancy specifically here before I thought you might be interested.

I'm sure that the TV station had the go ahead from both the family and the Bartlett police to do this. And, yes, Nancy did say it was a homicide, though there were no clear facts showing foul play. Let me say this--if you tell people someone is gone, you better be 100% right (and not be Sylvia Brown). My take after looking at the piece is that the Bartlett police were really impressed with her information. Check it out and see if you agree. The case is not yet solved. Seems to me as though the police know who dunnit though, after getting the information from Nancy. Hopefully it will lead to some answers.

They said the sketch looked like some of the "persons of interest" (got the feeling though, that there was one, and they just didn't want to say it). Nancy said the body was in a quarry where the murderer used to play when he was a kid. I think she said the victim knew the perpetrator. They interviewed a Bartlett police officer who seemed really impressed with the amount of information given in the case. I hope it leads somewhere.
