wow, emotions are running high today...
I know I have several things going on, but I sense it from others too. Even my cats are fighting. I've had to separate them TWICE this morning! I tried to get centered a while ago and I can't even do that. It's really unnerving ...

It's made me wonder if this is how someone feels right before they go on a deadly rampage. I'm thankful for resources that help me to get grounded and centered, but I guess I can understand how someone might feel if they don't have any where to turn when they feel the emotional tension. How many of these incidents could have been avoided if there was some where for them to reach out to or if some one had reached out to them.

I'm thankful for this forum and so many of you. It is a solace for me.:grouphug:

1. I know what you mean, BR
I see restlessness at different intervals in the people around me. Mr. MG is a good gauge of a hiccup in the universal energy--he's very sensitive and supports my beliefs but acts too cynical to participate himself, so when there's an energy glitch, he gets pretty fritzy. When I worked outside of the home I saw it in my coworkers a lot too. Freaky, isn't it?

In fact, Mr. MG was a bit brittle this morning, come to think of it--he tried to sleep in and go in to work about an hour late, as he's put in quite a few extra hours lately, but he got paged three times and spent what was supposed to be a quiet early morning on the phone with folks at work instead.

It's times like these I'm glad I can limit my contact with clients and acquaintances simply by restructuring my freelance workload. (Translation: I don't want to talk to this person now; I'll call them tomorrow.)

Also explains why I keep one browser window on the ASAH forum at all times...! :D

8. I just got back from a meeting for
parents who have children with ADHD and I swear, every mother in that room was feeling the same tension and frustration I am today--with the school system, life and high emotions. I'm glad I went 'cause the support is great and I also don't feel like I'm the only RAVING lunatic today!:D

12. That makes me glad I didn't take MG Jr. to preschool today
He was with grandma, and she dropped him off instead. I have a major problem with many of the other mommies even on a good energy day--they're all so tightly wound they make my chakras ache. I can't even imagine what they were like today!

11. Boy, are WE ever on the same wavelength!
Mr. Lildreamer316 was exactly that way today - brittle and snappy. He also had a mysterious hip ache that we can't find a cause of - pinched nerve? ha ha ha. I'm not so snappy as I am nervous. Worried. Cautious. But yes - I don't want to talk to anyone but him and maybe you guys, today. Shhhhhh.
Lots of very early morning activity here. I hope to be able to rest now.

BTW, that could have been and exact description of my husband: "a good gauge of a hiccup in the universal energy--he's very sensitive and supports my beliefs but acts too cynical to participate himself, so when there's an energy glitch, he gets pretty fritzy"....

13. Oh these guys
Good thing they're cute, I always say.

Gawrsh, I'm glad I have had no contact with the outside world today, aside from a couple of work e-mails! It sounds absolutely horrid.

This is going to make for an especially interesting Iowa caucus today, I think...

4. I've felt sad and depressed
even woke up that way. Interestingly enough, today's been a pretty good day, otherwise--no clients bawling me out, etc. But I'm having trouble shaking an encounter I had a couple of months ago (have done the forgiveness thing in many different ways), and today just thinking about it brought tears to my eyes again. Guess that's how the high energy is effecting me.

6. yeah
I guess some of the shards of my shattered ideal are sticking around. Just tried forgiving again, all the way 'round the situation. Hope it helps. And thanks for the hug!

grind my teeth to stop me from speaking what I really want to speak to my boss. Grrrr

9. This is simply fallout from the retrograde opposition of Mars/Pluto.
It feels as though the arrow (Mars) on the bow is being pulled back by the trickster twins and when the arrow is finally released, it will ultimately oppose Pluto for the third time in a relatively short period of time (March 7th just prior to the New Moon). Perhaps due to the Comet's impact or graze of Mars during its station (January 30th), it will have morphed into a stampeding goat, heaven sent and hell bent on our butting our collective butts.

Hang in there ladies, we're in for a wild ride.

Ahhh and do consider the acquisition of a whoopie cushion.

10. I was just gonna post that. Well, maybe not *all* that, but yeah, I was REALLY feeling
the Mars/Pluto face off yesterday. It's (slightly) better now, but I'm chocking that up to luck. It's dicey out there.

14. So this is why I'm not even recognizing myself anymore?
I am taking everything so personally and then thinking I HAVE TO defend myself. Thanks for the heads up. Jeez. :hi:

15. Oh, hon. You poor thing.
I'm sorry you're having a rough time of it. Hopefully, things will be better after the stress from the opposition passes and this crazy Mars retro gets gone.
