Dream fragment about the upcoming eclipse

A few nights ago I had a dream about the eclipse. There was whole bunch of other stuff before and after none of wich I can remember at all. I can only recall people discussing the eclipse was about to happen and how it was something particullary rare about it. There was an air of dread and expecting the worse then gasps of shock as the sun went behind the moon and the moon glowed a dark almost goldenbrown yellow like a gemstone with a light behind it. Each crater stood out visibly to the naked eye. Oh and all the experts muttering about the eclipse were sterotypical ancient seers with long gray beards and long robes. With the expectation that something bad was going to happen the dream changed to something I can't recall and shortly after I woke up.

I don't know if this was just my psyche discharging random stuff or if there was something significant going on. In waking life I am a little excited and curious about the energy the eclipse will be transmitting and awakening. I plan on mentally tuning in to open to any energies that would serve my highest good connected with the eclipse.

1. I just finished watching it live, webcast from China!

It was AWESOME!! I set my alarm for 3am CA Time and watched the SF Exploratorium webcast online. They had a nice program.

I lighted a candle at totality and sent out my prayers and intentions for Health and Well-Being on all levels.

5. This eclipse was definitely a reboot

SO cool. I don't remember any of my dreams, BUT we had a visitor in our bedroom at 3 a.m.--a bat! Gee, that was fun! (Mr. MG scooted it out the door that opens onto our sleeping porch--didn't take very long at all, thank goodness. Poor little bat was freaking out!)

6. Shallah, don't know quite what to make of that dream fragment, but

seeing the video clip of the eclipse given here, it reminded me of your description. Actually it's the introductory graphic/photo of the eclipse used at the beginning of the video replay of the eclipse (rather than footage of the actual eclipse) that made me think of your dream eclipse imagery. Check it out. It's the video clip just below and to the right of the main header. It's the first image shown while the clip downloads, and has kind of a dark foreboding quality to it.
