4. There's a percentage of alcohol in it, if you're sensitive. |
|
I know that you must be, at that vibration- alcohol being of the lower realms and such. I believe that it's around 30% or so. Surprising, considering the level of excellence of the product.

8. I almost never drink (a couple of margaritas a year)... |
|
so it doesn't take much for me. The channeled being with whom I work has also said that alcohol really does lower our vibration. He's never said that about drugs, so it's not just the mind altering aspect of it that makes him say that.
Thanks for mentioning this, Peake.

5. Energies can get 'confused'.. |
|
There's a Bach remedy that works to sort things out, I think it's Oat, sorry don't have time to look it up just now. In homeopathy, Sulphur is used for that purpose also.

I misread the OP. I thought you asked about floral essences in general. I don't think you can over do RR. It might bring up some emotions, but that's good. Nothing you can't handle. It really is wonderful stuff. I used to use it when I was learning to play Texas Hold-Em. I just told everyone I was taking "herbs". :D .. I helped me not shake. Also, driving on a mountain road at night, which I sure try to avoid, was doable because I had RR. Amazing stuff.

6. If you find that you no longer "feel" its effects, you may have corrected the imbalances |
|
associated with the stress you felt before.
If RR is no longer getting it done for you, I'd recommend doing 1-2 of the essences in it on their own (Star of Bethlehem on its own still knocks. me. out.) or experimenting with other essences designed to resolve more extreme stressful reactions. Elm ("Elm for overwhelm"). Walnut (Walnut is also an excellent shield against the negativity of others). Holly (for hatred and vengefulness). Willow (for resentment). I personally get a lot of mileage out of Heather and Water Violet. Heather makes me feel safe. Water Violet helps me feel more comfortable with one-on-one encounters.
Or, you could move beyond Bach's. It's only one of like, dozens of good flower essence manufacturers.

10. You're always the first person who pops in my mind when... |
|
I think of flower essences. Thanks for the information, BI. Given what you say, elm would be helpful for me right now. I'll have to look into that further if the Rescue Remedy stops working. My stress is totally work-related due to the fact that I have a deadline fast approaching and still a great deal of work to do before then.
Thanks again!

but maybe you need a different remedy, since you sound like you think you may be over doing this one!
Then again, this is truly a time for LOTS of rescue remedy!
