2. It ALL comes down to faith, really.

It is about that gut level knowledge that it is REAL.

There is so much need right now--on so MANY levels. Sometimes faith can get a little scarce when times are hard, and maybe we can help carry each other just far enough to get past the worst of it all. Maybe it is a help to smile for a bit or maybe it is a help to remember a time when faith wasn't so tough to find.

I'm glad to have helped in any way.

This year, my son wants to see it too--he saw a model train with a tableau of the characters in their Halloween getup and was intrigued when I told him it was a holiday special. Thank you...I am truly without the tools required to live this life. It has been a long, terrifying huddle in a house of cards which has predictably tumbled into nothing.

I'm praying to add the highest healing energy to this and these threads and forum, as always. It's something that I'm good at, and would like to be able to continue improving upon. Thank you for this thread concept and to DU for the forum, and the forum members. My release of old negativity and fear is becoming quite successful, thank you God, but it's been absolutely awful to endure. Far beyond my own power... I want to be able to contribute some light to the world in recompense, even if only through prayer.

Even when it seems as though it's one step forward and an equal step back, that is not, in actuality, true. The Universe always gives us credit for our conscious efforts to improve ourselves even if we don't notice a difference in our lives or feel that we've failed. I'm so happy that you're now actually noticing how successful you've been. :)

I hardly ever reply to posts in this thread, but I do read every one each month, and send love and light to all.

I am driving much more than 'normal' lately. It seems like I am almost always having close calls on the roadways. I was just out, and made a left turn, seeing NO oncoming traffic. However, suddenly there was a car there, and the other driver wasn't driving defensively AT ALL. We came within inches of a big side swipe accident. It is just always SOMETHING. At first I thought other drivers were acting weirder than usual, but I've become a bit concerned for myself. I'm starting to think, "I'm due". WRONG THINKING. Please remember me, and my request that whatever lessons might come from any type of accident be learned in a less painful way. Thanks, all.

Husband just got a call that someone at his work said he said something 'too intimate' to her and touched her 'inappropriately'.

For those of you who don't know, my husband is a dj at a gentleman's club. He's been doing this job for over 17-18 years. I worked with him both before and after dating him; and I am a keen observer. He does not act like this. He would never keep a job for any length of time (yes, even in this industry) if he did. I know my husband, as far as anyone can really know anyone else. He did not do this.

He is in danger of losing his job over this accusation. Please, any light to this situation you can spare would be greatly appreciated.

I have the gut instinct that the reason this was said was just so that the other dj could have the night to work; and/or maybe the weekend (while the manager, who is one of his friends, is busy all weekend 'deciding' if Shawn has a job or not). The other dj is very resentful of Shawn and does not like that he does so well with the customers and the girls. I have been advised to listen harder to my guides and not to bow to husband's will - and I am bound and determined to do so, lol.
This whole thing makes absolutely no sense, otherwise.
