anyone? help! I suck at transits, all I can do is cast a natal chart, and not very exactly!

The transits are one thing, but I would probably prefer an event chart for the 29th at 8 pm. Unfortunately, I'm not on the computer with the astro software now.

Anyway, the New Moon is a great time to initiate anything, and the Scorpio New Moon plays hardball, no soft pitches there. It would be either in the 5th or 6th house, near the 6th house cusp either way. That says to me that he will get down to brass tacks, and use the workaday energy to speak to peoples real needs and concerns, not like some people who are fixated on terra-ists. I'm cheating here, it's not like you need astrology to tell that, right?

President Obama has Neptune in early Scorpio, energized by this New Moon. His hopes and aspirations are on display up in the 9th house. This sounds like a good time to make believers out of our nation. Neptune can also act while not letting reality stand in the way, so the realities that President Obama doesn't control the voting machines or the media have no bearing on him now. Neptune in his 1st house doubles the influence of this energy, so let's make the power of love triumph over the love of power alongside of him.

what to use as the location, so this is the only thing that I could think to do. What would the location be for an event like this?
