As some of you know, I'm trying to replace one of my guides. But I have no idea whether or not the replacement guide is here yet. Can anyone tell me if I've successfully "switched out" guides yet? If so, please PM.

It was more about asking whether any guides wanted to be let go/should be let go, and replaced with more appropriate caretakers.
