Weekly Healing Project #11b | Oct 26-Nov 1 | Acclimating to a Higher Octave aka The Shift part ii

I hope ya'll don't mind doing the same project again. I feel that healing needs to go deeper before moving on. This is a time of massive changes on all levels and avoiding the spiritual/psychic equivalent of altitude sickness is a good thing to do imo!

The incoming energies of the Shift are very intense and quite overwhelming at times. I know with myself this shows up with old issues emotional STUFF rising up. It is like I am a pond with a think layer of gunk on the bottom that has accumulated over ages. I have cleaned out some of the yuk which has made the water clearer but now all this clean pure water comes pouring in stirring up tons of the gunk and yuk. It washes most of it away but not before making a big cloudy MESS. Another way it shows up in me is the increased energy is more powerful and more intense and I am not always able to handle that level of voltage. It is like trying to put a 7 watt bulb in a 4 watt nightlight. If your lucky there is only smoke but if you are unlucky you burn down your whole house. I actually did that once thinking all nightlight bulbs are all the same - now I *always check and double check watts on everything!

This weeks goal is to send energy to help each other acclimate to the increasingly powerful energies of this time and ease any unwanted side effects. 2nd optional project is to offer energy to the Earth and if you like the nature spirits in your area to help the Earth and all life adjust as gently as possible as well.

Guidelines:
Please send energy to those who sign up along with this thread. This is to charge it to allow anyone who visits it may choose to receive healing healing now and in the future. The suggested times for those who want guidelines are 6:30-7 AM & 6:30-7 PM. You are NOT expected to send the entire half hour or twice a day or even daily :) Those times are just rough guidelines for those who prefer working in a framework. It is up to you to send when and how long *you* feel is appropriate.

All energy healing techniques are welcome whether prayer, Reiki, visualizing colored light, chanting, singing, dancing, crystals or something totally different. The only requirement is it to be sent with the intention that it be for the highest good of all involved in what ever manner serves the recipients best.

You may take part as a sender, receiver or both. Choose which serves you best at this time. For those who prefer to send to a list of recipients please post below that you wish to receive.

Sharing experiences and results are optional but totally welcome if there is anything you feel comfortable sharing :)

I didn't feel the work had gone deep enough but instead of revisiting this goal in the future it feel better to continue it now. This is a time of extremely intense energy and I for one know I can use all the help I can get!

I've been having some very vivid dreams wherein I have been working out my Karma. Past mistakes that I have made are meeting me face to face, and I've been atoning for them. I woke up this morning feeling relieved a bit. I'm also dreaming of houses and places that I am familiar with, and some that are only familiar in past dreams. I am remembering things I had long forgotten. I hope I can continue having these revelations so that I may rectify my past indiscretions. Bless you all!! DC

7. roughly around dinner time for me... i'll send energy through eating out & socializing!

i'll send good energy, love, and money back into the world during dinner. make evening meal eating a sacred experience by holding joy in my heart as i share food with others. and i'll try to be generous with meals, exploring out of the way places, new foods, and keeping as diverse a company as possible each day. may those i share with spread the joy and light.
